-Place pre-orders through the website. Place same day orders though text. If what you are looking for is not on the website or you are paying with CASH OR MOBILE PAYMENT please TEXT  312-724-6532 with your name, order, pickup or delivery, and time.

 

-GABRIELLE’S GRUB OPERATES AS A MADE-TO-ORDER CATERING SERVICE. COOKING/SERVICE TIMES MAY VARY FROM DAY TO DAY BASED ON AVAILABILITY. Pre-ordering is HIGHLY SUGGESTED.

 

-PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES.

 

-ORDERS WILL NOT BE STARTED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Delivery / Refund Policies

Placing a same-day order without confirming with the chef first will not be liable for an immediate refund.

 

-IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN ALREADY PREPARED AND IS READY TO BE PICKED UP OR DELIVERED NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED.

 

- IF ANY MATERIALS HAVE NOT BEEN PURCHASED TO MAKE YOUR ORDER AND/OR A MISHAP IS MADE ON MY PART A FULL REFUND WILL BE GRANTED.

 

- IF ITEMS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AND YOU WISH TO CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE PREPARATION A $5 MINIMUM WILL BE KEPT DEPENDING ON THE MEAL AND TIMING OF CANCELLATION.

 

-IF ANY MISHAPS OCCUR AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR A REFUND

 

-ANY ORDERS not recieved after 24 hours of time slot will be thrown away, sold, or donated and no refund will be granted.

 

-deliveries will only have a 10 minute grace period without communication before the driver leaves it at your door *and will not be liable for a refund or your order has to be picked up and no refund will be given.
